Our Client is a market leader within the fashion market. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator
The role of the Operations Coordinator is to be responsible for executing movements and demand replenishment plans in EMEA region utilizing the company’s system such that inventory and logistical related costs are minimized while a superior customer service level is maintained. This position reports to the Head of Operations – EMEA
Responsibilities – Logistics

• To review all of the pre-bookings for orders and check against SAP to ensure they are correct and approve to ship.
• Creation of Shipping Documentation (Invoices/Packing Lists/COO) to support the customs processes for Drop Shipped orders to countries such as Dubai, South Africa, Russia.
• Organising bookings and deliveries of Direct to customer orders liaising with Customer services to ensure on time delivery to the end customer.
• Ownership and update of daily reports that are used companywide for day to day business.
• Daily communication with freight forwarding partners and DC’s for order shipping and delivery.
• Working with all operational departmental teams to ensure efficient freight movements are utilised
Tracking CPU for all inbound freight movements, identifying patterns and opportunities for consolidation and improvements
Essential Skills
Experience within Logistics or supply chain
Experience of SAP
Experience of all Microsoft packages especially Excel
