A well-known national house builder is looking to strengthen its technical team with an experienced Senior Layout Designer.

This expanding region offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a growing autonomous business unit with the backing of an established national house-builder. You will be provided with excellent long-term progression opportunities with a company committed to development, training & promotion from within. Day to day will be varied with a focus on producing innovative housing development designs and feasibilities for land bids and planning applications. You will maintain contact with the wider technical team, through the development process to ensure the original concept is realised. Working with CAD and able to sketch by hand, you will ensure your design concepts can be translated in to workable development solutions. (full job spec available)
