Role
We have an exciting roles available for Lead, Senior and Occupational Health Advisors to lead a team of clinicians (OHA,OHN, OHT, Physios) covering between 2/3 Health & Wellbeing Centres with a new prestigious client of ours. Whilst absence management will form part of this role, this isn’t a standard case management position. It will be full of variety including undertaking specialist medicals and delivering wellbeing and education sessions to members of staff. We’re looking for enthusiastic Senior OHA who are ready for new challenge.
Applicants will need to have a valid UK drivers’ licence and access to a vehicle with suitable insurance. We’ll give you a car allowance and you’ll also get mileage contributions.

About You
* Registered General Nurse
* Hold a valid NMC Pin
* Hold an Occupational Health Qualification, either certificate, degree or diploma
* Have experience of working with in Occupational Health role
* Effective communicator with strong listening and empathetic skills as well as the ability to influence and engage with others.
* Have experience dealing with complex health issues
* Effective Report Writing Skills
* Great Communication skills
* Good Organisational and time management skills
