Client Relationship Executive required for leading third party logistics business based in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the client management team to support with account management and drive client growth.
You will be working with a team of account managers where, as a team, you will be providing a comprehensive service to each client in terms of the warehouse and logistics services provided by the business.
This is a full time & permanent opportunity that offers a great route into logistics account management.
* Experience within a similar service-based role is required
* Warehouse / Logistics Service based experience is preferred.
Key duties:
* First point of contact for all client enquiries
* Responsible for logging, progressing and resolving client enquiries & concerns within agreed timeframes
* Producing client reports (KPI) in line with their requirements on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
* Dedicated point of contact for named contracts as agreed by line manager
* Escalating, where necessary any potential or unresolved issues to the management team on behalf of clients
* Building & developing excellent working relationships with clients to ensure the business is the preferred logistics solution
* All associated administrative tasks

This role is best suited for someone from a client service background who is driving towards an account management role. Logistics knowledge is preferred however client relationship experience is essential.
