Luxury Brand – Regional Sales and Customer Service Consultant
We are seeking a passionate, confident, and commercially driven Regional Field Sales Executive with experience managing leads and building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers.

This business-critical, remote role will support the London-based studio team to manage regional customers through the Genesis buying and ownership experience, providing a totally centric customer experience, including test drive experience.

Reporting into the Assistant Retail Manager at the UK’s flagship Studio in London you will be the focal point of the business for turning the brand’s innovative vision, and their drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in automotive retailing, into a reality every single day – ensuring an impeccable standard of customer service. You will solely be managing customers within your given region, working on managing leads and completing at-home test drives.

Overall Accountabilities:
This is a varied, wide-ranging role, primarily you will be the face of the brand, speaking to clients face to face and over emails/calls. You will be provided with leads from the Genesis website or through your colleagues in the London studio. Your role will be to follow up on these and manage leads to identify the client’s needs, giving them the Genesis VIP personal service, conducting at-home test drives, and guiding them through the Genesis buying and ownership experience. You will be a Genesis ‘personal ambassador’.
Your overall accountabilities will include:

Building your own client database, creating meaningful relationships, and providing a VIP experience for all Genesis clients.

Being a powerful Genesis brand advocate of the brand, providing in-depth, passionately delivered knowledge across all product types, history, heritage and future
*
Creating and maintaining a white glove consumer experience from the first interaction to aftercare and being a true personal assistant to customers.
*
Encouraging all leads to have a quality test drive
*
Generating sales in line with the brand guidelines – never taking a “hard sell” approach, but tailoring your approach to every individual.
*
Using your own charisma, passion, hobbies, and skills to bring the experience to life
*
Escalating customer queries as required, to ensure they receive the best possible resolution
*
Maintaining a full working knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure presentation standards are upheld and company assets protected
*
Championing the brand.
Role requirements:
*
A customer-centric, skilled communicator with the ability to build trust, confidence and maintain relationships with clients.
*
Regular driving to the customer’s home or agreed location in your given region in a Genesis car and providing a tailored personal test drive experience. Therefore, you must hold a UK driving license with no more than 6 points and no impending endorsements.
*
Receiving and keeping Genesis car(s) at your home during the day/overnight.
*
Working every weekend (2 days off to be agreed in the week) and occasional weekends off to be agreed with your manager.
*
Traveling down to the London Westfield Studio for any training.
*
Flexibility to support test drive activities in other regions of the UK from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
*
Professional, and a team player – able to work as part of a diverse team, collaboratively, always seeking to achieve the best possible results against KPIs.
*
A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or groups.
*
Experience in customer relationships and a sales background (3+ years) within the premium/luxury segment, including retail and hospitality.

A natural problem-solver, able to critically assess issues, and communicate solutions in a clear and understandable way
*
Someone with sales tenacity and passion for excellent customer service
*
Full UK drivers license
*
A background in or passion for automotive is desired but not essential
*
Experience working with leads would be an advantage
*
Substantial knowledge of all Microsoft packages
*
Contract: Full Time, 18th Month Contract
*
Salary: £28,000 + Commission
