TECHNICAL MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL HOUSING DEVELOPER – BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – UP TO £75,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

Potensis are currently working with a leading housing developer who are looking to employ a Technical manager to their Technical team and oversee a number of developments in Buckinghamshire. The business is focused in the area of large-scale apartment and housing developments and are looking for the ideal candidate to oversee the sites for the duration of the design and build stages. The employer also offers a generous salary and benefits as well as having a history of opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities will include:

The job will include being in charge of the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory architectural drawings and engineering packages on site. You will also work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time.

Additional responsibilities:

* Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans.

* Dealing with the administration team of the project.

* Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed.

* Lead design team meetings and deal with any technical queries that arise from the site team.

Candidates should have experience as a Technical Coordinator within a residential developer.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who is an experienced Technical Coordinator working for a housebuilder currently. The opportunity offers a chance to work at some of the company’s most exciting development projects and a chance to move onto other projects post completion.
