Our client a successful law firm providing a wide range of services to the property industry is looking to recruit an experienced administrator who has excellent customer service skills along with a confident and courteous manner. “Office-based role”
* Forming part of a small, dedicated team responsible for the seamless provision of first-class customer service
* Support the team in day-to-day administration/general enquires from customers via email and phone
* Input information onto the in-house system accurately and proficiently
* Diarising, chasing matters when necessary
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, oral and written
* Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
* Commitment to first-class customer service
* Team player
* Lettings, conveyancing, or similar experience would be desirable
