Our client are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Service Executive/ Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, fantastic telephone skills and ideally worked with CRM systems.
Role responsibilities:
* Being the main point of contact for all customers via telephone and email
* Regular liaison with various other internal departments of the business
* Liaising with various external suppliers
* Constantly updating the CRM system
* Making outbound calls to clients in order to obtain accurate contact information
* Other duties as requested
Person requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year customer service experience is essential
* Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs
* Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
* Confident and clear communicator both written and verbal
* Strong grammatical skills are a must
