My client is a residential developer and housebuilder who are looking for an experienced site manager for a scheme in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

The project consists of 125-units of new build houses and flats which are split into different phases.
You will be reporting into the Project Manager.
You will have at least 3-5 years of experience of managing a large multi-unit development as a site manager.
Possibility of temp to perm.
CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS are required
Must be available to start on Monday 25th October.
References will be required.
£250/day must be PAYE.
