Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Buckinghamshire
Company: National Contractor
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Due to growth, an excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large national contractor. The successful SQS will be required to work on HS2 projects and be willing to travel to site when needed.

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in their career or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge. A Civil Engineering background would be preferred but is not necessary.

Key Requirements:
Must have experience working with NEC3 Option 3 contracts.
Experience working on disallowed costs.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Driven and enthusiastic individual who is willing to get stuck in.
Driving licence is essential.

Location:
The ideal candidate would live in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire as the office and projects will be located in this area. However, applications will be considered from people wishing to relocate to the area.
