Multi Trade / Carpenter
Milton Keynes
Permanent Contract
£28,500 starting basic salary
Company van + fuel card + tools
24 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
40 hours per week (8:00am – 4:30pm)

The perm package for the Multi Trade / Carpenter includes the following:
• 24 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

• If on call out you will be paid at time and half, door to door + standby pay

If you are looking for the opportunity to join a local housing association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be required to carry out 40 hours work a week, working alongside a small team carrying out reactive maintenance.

The Multi Trade / Carpenter role will consist of the following:
• Working within domestic properties (occupied and un-occupied)
• Day to day repairs
• Carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic tiling
• Patch plastering

To be successful for the role as a Multi Trade / Carpenter you must have the following:
• Fully qualified/Time served – Carpentry biased
• Full UK driving licence
