A new and exciting opportunity to join a global leader within their field, who is keen to recruit an individual who has worked within a customer service or administration role previously.
You will be;
* Entering order details
* Using templates to ensure correct products are picked for the manufactured items.
* Understand the products, their pricing and discounting structures.
* Raise Customer invoices
* Arrange shipping of products
* Set up and maintain customer account details
* Answer customer and distributer calls relating to orders and invoice queries.
* You may be required to process purchase orders including other types of products (maintenance, software licences and partner programs).
* Perform other duties as required and directed by the Export and Despatch Manager

Salary and package
* £20,000 – £22,000 + Bi- annual discretionary bonus
