Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Spares and Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.
Position: Spares and Service Administrator
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: DOE
Validate and log orders
Check stock availability
Order and progress chase equipment from suppliers
Arrange for workshop set up and engineers for installation
Arrange delivery to customer
Invoice customers for delivery
Communicate progress of orders to all interested parties
You must have:
No experience needed, full training will be given
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
