Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
Location: The Works, Stokenchurch, HP14 3RR
Salary: Up to £22,000 depending on experience

You will be working with a small team of staff to deal with the day-to-day customer sales calls and queries.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
* Process customer orders (via web, email & phone)
* Answering the phone & dealing with customer queries.
* Answering Live Chat website queries
* Emailing quotations
* Gathering sales leads and passing them to the sales team
* Serving “walk in” customers
Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Advisor:
* Excellent spoken English
* Excellent telephone manner
* English & Maths A-C GCSE or equivalent
* Good typing skills
* Desirable Skills of the Sales Advisor:
* Previous Telesales experience
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Knowledge of MS Word & Outlook (2010)
