Quantity Surveyor – Drylining, Tiling and Decorating

* £55K – £60K

* Travel expensed

* 25 days annual leave

Our client is a specialist subcontractor and they have five distinct business units within their company. These cover drylining, facades, carpentry, firestopping and tiling & decorating.

Due to an increase in workload and demand from their tier one main contractor clients, they are now searching for a Quantity Surveyor within their Tiling and Decorating team. They currently have sites in Harlow, North London and Hertfordshire and they require a Quantity Surveyor who can drive and travel to sites.

Quantity Surveyors will be joining a close knit and tight team and you will be one of 3. You will assist the Director in the commercial aspects of running this business unit and projects.

Our client has been established over ten years, therefore this opportunity is unique as it will offer the right Quantity Surveyor quick progression within an established business unit. In addition you will be afforded the freedom of working in a small team as well as accountability and flexibility in your role. Our client also offers a fun environment to work in. Quantity Surveyors will ideally have 6 to 8 years of experience and have a background in subcontracting. A background in subcontracting is essential for this role.
