Potential progress into team leader and production engineer roles
Syntech Recruitment are searching for a CNC Gear Cutter for a precision engineering company near Aylesbury. Working on complex gears, you will be tasked with setting / operating / programming on Gleason CNC gear cutting machines using Siemens controls.

Gear Cutter duties:
Setting and operating Gleason CNC Gear cutters
Programming using Siemen controls
Programming using Gearcam software
Working to close tolerances from engineering drawings
Completing self-inspection of components using CMM and hand tools

Gear Cutter Skillset
3+ years experience in working on CNC gear cutting machines
Experience on Gleason gear cutters ideal but other grinding experience considered
Siemen control experience is ideal
Gearcam programming knowledge would be benifical
Self motived, personable and keen to progress
Proven ability to work in a precision engineering environment
