We are recruiting a Trade Counter / Internal Sales professional to help drive the business forward of a highly respected and well-established distributor of building materials and timber (builders merchants / timber merchants).

Ideally, we are looking for someone from the Builders Merchant / Construction Supplies Sector – merchants, distributors or manufacturers. However if you have experience in sales and customer service with a construction background then we would like to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role of Trade Counter and Internal Sales. I believe the role will largely be helping service the demand on the Trade Counter, building relationships with customers face-to-face as well as dealing with customers over the telephone. It is a customer facing role within the fast-paced builders merchants / timber merchants. Dealing with builders, contractors, developers that come into the branch and have an account with the client over the phone.
