Employee Engagement Lead (Part Time)
The Company:
Focus Group are pleased to be assisting this global vehicle charging company. My client is an ever-growing market leader in the electric vehicle (EV) solutions Sector!
The Role:
As Employee Engagement Lead, working closely with the HR Team and the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development, implementation, and measurement of an effective Employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our People Strategy and Operating Plan.
The main duties and responsibilities in the role will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop, design and deliver compelling Employee engagement & communications campaigns and content that supports the engagement strategy and conveys our client’s culture
• Increasing employee engagement through creating and supporting channels and forums that bring our clients people together across capabilities, expertise, and teams
• Equipping our clients’ leaders with the content and tools to effectively support their own engagement and development
• Strong collaboration with marketing and communications peers to drive consistency and efficiency across communications internally
• Owning and driving actions plans as well as supporting our client’s leader’s with their individual action plans from the employee engagement survey
• Line Management of Knowledge Administrator
• Line Management of Customer Operations Training Specialist
The candidate:
You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Engagement Lead as well as:
• Track record of successful development and implementation of an Employee Engagement Plan
• Keen eye for attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and take responsibility for project delivery
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent presenter and influencer
• Capable of time and priority management, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with large section of the business
• Excellent written English skills
• Experience of supporting employee networks
• Effective use of interpersonal & consulting skills
• Leadership engagement and influence experience
• Experience of leading a training and development function
• Employee communications campaign delivery experience

Salary: Up To £24,000 + great benefits (pro rate based on a 24hr week)
Candidates can choose their own hours and the role is flexi based with home and office split.
