Seasonal Membership Service / Marketing Assistants will be responsible for:

Processing member sign ups, renewals and added cards. 

Instructing members and potential members about membership, warehouse and credit programs. 

Assisting members regarding item availability. 

Issuing replacement and temporary cards, keys credit applications

Providing a high level of member service.

The successful Seasonal Membership Service / Marketing Assistants will have the following skills/attributes:

Qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent is preferred

Service oriented approach – experienced in ‘going the extra mile’ 

Familiarity of working in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills

We have part-time and full time vacancies are available.  You should be flexible with regards to working between the hours of 04:00-23:00 Monday-Sunday.
