Business Development Representative – (WFH/Office)
Lomax has been appointed to recruit Business Development Specialists for our client.

They require a Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative who is highly motivated and confident, inquisitive, and loves speaking to customers to uncover opportunities.
This role will eventually be split between home-working and the office, so focus and self-discipline is essential. You will join a friendly but driven team, reporting to managers that are open to ideas and collaboration. Your role will be to speak to existing customers to identify wider potential needs for the company’s products and services. You will also reignite relationships with lapsed customers. This is not a cold calling role, but a hunter mentality is required!
Initially, your goal will be to achieve interest in other products/services to the point a Senior Executive can close the deals. Once competent and fully trained in your role you will then close the opportunities too.
Business Development Representative requirements
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career
• Hungry, competitive, and must be comfortable working to targets and KPI’s
• Willing to learn and can adapt easily
• Loves being on the phone, speaking to clients
• Disciplined, hungry and capable of working from home when required
• Excellent communication skills and articulate
Salary and Benefits
£25,000 + bonus, 25 days holiday and many more benefits
Location
Milton Keynes and work from home split
