Administrator – are you seeking a challenging and rewarding full-time role, where you can demonstrate your experience and skill in data management, administration, organisation, co-ordination, event planning and customer service?…are you available at short-notice to commence an initial 6 month contract, with potential for permanency, working both from home and on-site when required?
Working for this well-known and prestigious organisation based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, your role as Administrator will be to organise and manage data in support of key projects and compile subsequent reports, along with the scheduling, planning and co-ordination of in-person or virtual events and their associated itineraries.
Liaising with internal colleagues, as well as external suppliers and business relations of the organisation with regard to events, your duties as Administrator will also include;
* Project management assistance
* Database maintenance
* Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
With excellent all round administration skills, a keen eye for detail and a naturally thorough approach to you work, you’ll be an Administrator that possesses strong, confident communication skills, both verbal and written, and a flair for organising others when it comes to event planning and co-ordination.
A hands-on, proactive, person, you’ll of course be self-organised and comfortable working either alone from home or from the organisation’s offices along with other members of the wider team.
On offer in return is annual salary of £20,500 – £22,500, plus generous holiday entitlement and other benefits.
A standard full-time working week of 37 hours will apply and applicants should have their own transport.
