Senior Site – Leading Main Contractor
£60k-£70k plus package including travel allowance, private healthcare, and bonus scheme

Our client is one of the most reputable and long-standing Main Contractors who operate across the South East on a broad range of projects.

We are currently looking for a Senior Site/Project Manager to become a key part of the business. They work across multiple sectors including residential, leisure, commercial, industrial, community, restoration, plus more. The typical project values are between £1m-£20m
  
This role would suit either a Site Manager who is ready to step up to a Project Management role, or a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering projects from £1m-£20m.

The role of the Senior Site Manager 
  
Reporting into the Contracts Director, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Overall responsibility to successfully deliver all construction projects on time and within agreed budget
Managing all direct operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring planned works are completed on time, whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public
Working closely with the supply chain and clients, providing market leading technical expertise
Overall responsibility for the P&L of your projects   
To be successful as a Senior Site/Project Manager you will need to possess the following:

5 years’ + experience with a Main Contractor
Degree in Construction Management or similar
Worked on projects from inception through to completion
