HOME BASED / WORK FROM HOME

The Opportunity:

We are exclusively working with an industry leading engineering business who is looking to expand their home-based sales team by recruiting an experienced telephone-based Czech Speaking Business Development Executive to join the team. This highly successful business saw profitability increase by 50% during 2020 and they're forecasting to do the same in 2021 and then again in 2022.

Location: 100% Home Based / Work From Home (Can be based anywhere in the UK)

Package: £30,000 to £34,000 Basic + OTE (£10k uncapped) + Benefits

The Czech Speaking Business Development Executive Role:

Working as a home based / work from home Czech Speaking Business Development Executive based anywhere in the UK.
Managing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities within Poland
Contacting businesses with requirements, offering product samples, following up and closing business opportunities
Conducting market research to identify new prospects and opportunities
Handling inbound sales enquiries generated by the marketing team
Providing quotations and closing business
Updating and maintaining the internal database
Attending internal & external video meetings when requiredThe Person:

Current experienced in a Business to Business / B2B desk-based Business Development or Telesales position
Must speak fluent Czech
A highly motivated individual who is confident, resilient and able to manage their own time effectively
Must have a proven track record of closing business over the telephone
A willingness to learn basic engineering concepts
Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
