The Role

The role is for a CNC Turner to machine small batch and prototype components from engineering drawings on Hurco controlled CNC Lathes for a leading high-end motorsport precision engineer. You will be working on a Hurco turning machine to machine these components for prestigious clients.

* Programming & setting CNC Turning machinery from engineering drawings – Hurco controlled CNC Lathes. Experience using other controls (namely Mazatrol & Fanuc) to programme CNC Lathes will also be considered.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes; Preferably you will have at least three years of experience in a similar role and must be able to set CNC turning machines, ideally using Hurco, Mazatrol or Fanuc controls from engineering drawings to machine components in various materials. Previous experience running WinMax would be ideal, as would previous CNC milling experience complimenting your CNC Turning experience.
