CV Screen is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Executive to join our loyal team of experienced recruiters in Amersham.  Your role will evolve into an Account Management role within 6/12 months and excellent career prospects exist for the successful candidate.

A salary of up to £20,000 + Bonuses will mean that you are expected to earn around £28,000 in Year 1.

Your duties will include:

–         Writing job advertisements and posting them online.

–         Conducting telephone interviews with suitable candidates

–         Identifying suitable candidates via CV Databases & LinkedIn

–         Answering emails, Live Chat and Phone Calls.

–         Maintaining contact with the candidate throughout the recruitment process to include forwarding job description and contact details.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

–         Excellent Customer Service Skills.

–         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

–         An interest in starting a career in recruitment.

–         You will ideally be educated to A Level standard as a minimum.

WHO WOULD THE ROLE SUIT?
We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in starting a career in Recruitment as a Service Delivery Executive. You are likely to have previously worked within a Customer Service Capacity or possibly as a Sales Administrator / Account Manager or similar.

Little Chalfont / Amersham (Free Parking on site)
Commute from High Wycombe / Rickmansworth / Chesham / Watford / Beaconsfield

SALARY:
Up to £20,000 + Commission (realistic OTE is £28k in Year 1 and £35+ in Year 2).
