Supply Desk are currently working with SEN, primary and secondary schools who regularly require talented and knowledgeable teaching assistants to fill a range of day to day cover needs. This is across Primary, Secondary, special needs schools and alternative provisions.

Supply desk has seen a huge increase in the number of SEN, primary and secondary schools that we support with daily supply and long term vacancies, and as a result we are excited to expand our team of teaching assistants.

We are looking for teaching assistants with a passion for education and the ability to assist the teacher with engaging lessons. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to new environments, as well as being able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff in a short space of time to cater for all pupils or students individual SEN needs.

Experience in a mainstream school or in an SEN school setting or transferrable profession such as care
Ability to support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting children’s individual needs
Strong behaviour management skills
Good knowledge of the national curriculum.
