Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant, Woburn Sands- MK17 8RR

We are looking for Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants for our client's fabulous home situated in Woburn Sands.

Care Assistant

You will have:

Some previous hands-on experience of working as a care assistant is preferable but not essential.
You will need to be well-presented, conscientious, a skilled communicator when speaking or writing, capable with numbers and comfortable when using a computer.
NVQ Level 2 qualification or working towards this qualification is desirable. A friendly, approachable, caring and helpful nature is essential.Carers- 33 hours per week – overtime available. Hourly rate- £ 9.20 per hour.

Shifts 8am – 8pm with 2X15 minute and one-half hour unpaid break. – pay 11 hours

Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the running of the shift and show warmth and support to residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

You will have.

Experience of working as a senior carer in a previous role is desirable, however specific training will be provided to the right candidate.
Medication training is essential and will need to be completed prior to taking up the position, if you do not have this already.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified however must be willing to work towards Level 3 award, once in the role. Excellent sickness record and must be reliable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable, caring and helpful nature. Able to support, motivate and direct staff.Senior carers- 33 hours per week plus overtime- £10.20 per hour
