Customer Account Manager (field based)
Up to £30k + bonus

Our client is looking for a field-based Customer Account Manager to proactively manage all retention, re-sign and client account activities, driving increased revenue growth and existing customer base whist reducing churn.
As a Customer Account Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Increasing revenue per customer by upselling products and services to existing customers.
Managing relationships with customers to keep retention high and churn low.
Managing activity, appointments, demonstrations and revenue increase achievements.
Achieving all set revenue generation and protection objectives, KPI's and targets daily and monthly by carrying out proactive customer account management activity.
Assessing customers current level of service and helping customer gain greater value.
Planning and organising your time effectively to allow an optimal frequency of outbound customer calls per day and to meet required talk time metrics.
Managing individual accounts with emphasis on pro-active account management while conducting demonstrations via Teams and customer facing meetings.
Updating and Managing all systems accurately of your assigned accounts.
Maintaining a detailed knowledge of product feature/functionality as well as forthcoming products.
Liaising with other internal teams to help resolve ad hoc customer issues.
To be a successful Customer Account Manager, you will need to have:
Experience of using Sales Force will be beneficial.
Proven Customer Account Management and sales ability
Customer facing presentation skills required (as well as virtual).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
High level of attention to detail.
Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a satisfactory outcome for all stakeholders.
Displays a sound business judgment and decision making capability.
Passionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders and conflict management.
Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Willingness to learn & continue self-development.
