Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Inhouse sales and service representative to join their team on a full time, temp to perm basis.

Position: Inhouse sales and service representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Duration: Temp to Perm

Salary: £12-13 per hour D.O.E   

The job will involve…

–          Using your knowledge of products to provide a personalised experience for customers

–          Communicating courteously with customers  via email, phone and letter        

–          Ensuring all relevant administration is completed on a daily basis

–          Providing help and advice to customers on the products we offer

–          Entering and processing customer orders into the inventory control system

–          Creating Sales Statistics and other evaluations and reports on excel

–          Attending Trade fairs throughout the year

The Person will…

–          Be skilled in written communication, including email and letter

–          Have experience working within a customer service role

–          Have the ability to work in a call handling and administrative role

–          Possess a passion for delivering world class customer service

–          Be a team player 

–          Will demonstrate a good standard of IT skills 

–   Intermediate or Advanced Excel  

–          Have knowledge of SAP (Advantageous)

–          Have the ability to work well under pressure  

–          Be confident liaising with all levels of the organisation both face to face and over the phone

–          Excellent customer service skills including face to face interaction

–          Ability to work independently

–          Has a keen interest in outdoor pursuits
