Paterson Recruitment are recruiting cooks to work with Chefs at a secure unit near Bicester. The position will be assisting Chefs with making breakfasts through to evening meals.

A DBS check will be carried out prior to starting this position. 

The Role:

Assisting in the food preparation process

Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes

Preparing vegetables, meats and fish

Assisting other Chefs

Helping with deliveries and restocking

Assisting with stock rotation

Cleaning stations

Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience required: 

Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards

COSHH -Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations and chemical safety

Previously used  of kitchen equipment

Shift Patterns:

The Shifts are 12hour shifts

6:30am to 6:30pm

Saturday and Sunday working will be on a rota basis.

Pay rate £15 per hour.
