A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Carpenter / Multi Skilled Technician to join our busy Property Repairs department. You will be required to complete maintenance work within our tenanted properties, being skilled in 3 trades or more. The purpose of this post is primarily to carry out some of the larger / more in-depth carpentry reactive repairs, plumbing experience would be beneficial. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or be able to demonstrate solid previous experience in this type of maintenance work.
