About the Role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Digital Learning Developer to work within a small team who develop the learning packs for the Apprenticeship function within Babcock.
You will be responsible for the creative aspect for all e-learning packs, where the script will be written for you and you will provide innovative and creative ways to present the information.
Main responsibilities include:
Design and implement templates for multimedia resources for learning and assessment.
Understand and translate raw/source material and information provided into compelling and engaging multimedia deliverables.
Discuss projects with stakeholders ensuring the best outcome in terms of quality, cost and end user experience.
Proof read all materials created by the multimedia team.
Testing of all E modules on multiple LMS platforms, across multiple devices to ensure smooth functionality and empathy for the end users experience.
What do I need to do the role?
You will come from a creative/multimedia background.
You will also have previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Story Line.
You will be forward thinking and innovative, and willing to go the extra mile.
Experience within the apprenticeship/learning field would be desirable.
