Compliance Manager

£40,000 to £45,000 plus Benefits

A fast paced manufacturing company are recruiting for a Compliance Manager. To led the compliance division and ensure all products comply with legality, regulatory and requirements for the industry. You will have experience working within in an electronics or electrical products manufacturer, with a strong understanding of compliance and consumer electronics industry.

As a Compliance Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

Proactively ensure that products comply with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Monitor and keep up-to-date with product compliance laws, rules and regulations efficiently.
Provide creative, pragmatic and solutions-driven advice on product compliance queries
Review, update and implement product compliance processes as required
Build good working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Work with the Legal Department to embed a culture of compliance at the Company.
Market access requirements, specifically post-Brexit .
An exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager with the following.

Experience working within a product compliance role with knowledge of the CE industry.
Corporate compliance knowledge including in respect of environmental, sustainability practices.
Willing and able to develop new areas of knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Industry experience and working knowledge in consumer electronics products compliance.
Full UK Driving license.
