Our award-winning, global client based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst. This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking to develop their career in a high-profile and exciting environment.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will hold business process, MO Management and KPI accountability. With a keen focus on compliance, you will contribute to improving the business and demonstrate the company values and behaviors.
Key responsibilities:

Monitoring the activities to fulfil the strategic targets and have a clear understanding of the business strategy
*
Observe the targets in cooperation with Performance Management
*
Support the Management team during change processes
*
Project planning and monitoring – track and pushing of all project tasks
*
Project review and lessons learnt analysis
*
Provide the business with specific and customer-specific reports and manage them in the reporting dashboards
*
Support the local Management with KPI/PPI responsibilities and detect anomalies
*
Cooperate with Local Process Consulting and MO Excellence Project Managers and indicate process adaptions
*
Provide system and process training to users
*
Responsible for 1st level process support for SAP, CRM and other systems and escalate to 2nd level if required
*
Define new requests for any changes/improvements in coordination with Global Process Coordinators
*
Test and final approval of realized change requests/projects with local impact
*
Ensure master data governance within business
Essential Qualifications:
*
Ideally a degree in business or project management or in a related field
*
At least 2 years' experience in business process management working with lean philosophy
*
Data and systems analyst experience
*
Expert knowledge of SAP and CRM
*
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Proficient in Excel
*
Experience of mentoring and/or line management.
