AZTech IT is seeking a customer-focused, Senior IT Support Technician to join our Service Delivery team in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be part of our IT Support Desk Team based at our office in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.

You will be an experienced Senior IT Support Technician and ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider. The successful Senior Support Technician will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential to have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Providing efficient and effective customer service to end-users, clients and other stakeholders in line with AZTech IT’s standards.
* Acting as an escalation for the 1st/2nd line team for all technical service requests.
* Logging and maintaining support issues detail throughout a service ticket lifecycle.
* Responding appropriately to more complex problems through escalation.
* Prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met.
* Owning, managing, and resolving incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s and delivering against our KPI's.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes.
Skills and Attributes Required
* 1-2 years demonstrable experience in a Senior IT Support Technician role (ideally from an IT MSP).
* Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions and a good problem solver.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
Good Technical Knowledge in:
* Office 365
* Microsoft Azure
* Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Windows 10
* Networking & Firewalls
* VMware & Hyper-V
* PC & Server hardware
Desirable Technical Knowledge in:
* SharePoint
Desirable Qualifications / Certifications or working towards
* MCSE/MCITP
* CCNA

* The hours of work are 37.5 per week. Applicants must be flexible to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the job role
