My client is an established, independent, relationship-driven Asset Finance brokerage currently looking for a Senior Account Manager or Sales Manager to join their existing team.
Their award-winning team has helped build up a fantastic reputation for them across the country and as a result of continued growth, they are now looking to grow the team.
The role will be office based and involving managing a team of salespeople on a daily basis supporting them to deliver on their sales targets.
You will also be responsible for helping the team grow their accounts which can consist of both vendor and direct end user relationships, and also both hard and soft assets.
Our client has a proven successful infrastructure and you will be supported with Sales Support, Underwriting, Marketing and Admin teams to support you in your role.
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
* Proven experience within Asset Finance, in either a Business Development or Account Management role.
* Experience managing and supporting a sales team.
* Existing customer or vendor base would be ideal.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a target driven environment.
* Self-starter and hard-working.
* Team working and strong stakeholder management skills.
