Due to continued growth, we are looking for a superstar Cloud Support Engineer to join our established Enterprise Service team in High Wycombe.
As Cloud Support Engineer you will be a key point of contact for our converged customers with cloud-based IP telephony solutions. You will be responsible for undertaking technical change requests, troubleshooting, and resolving simple to medium complexity technical issues. In addition, you will liaise with principal engineers and partners, ensuring all tickets raised are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
To be considered for this role, you will have a working knowledge of Mitel solutions, IP Protocols, networking including LAN, WAN, switches, and SIP. You will be an excellent communicator, team player and approach tasks in a logical & structured manner.
