NEW MAINTENANCE & FACILITIES SHIFT MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE IN MILTON KEYNES
My client is a leading logistics company who offer services across supply chain, manufacturing and engineering service. They are actively looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Shift Manager to lead a team of engineers who will be responsible for all facilities maintenance works at a large distribution site in Milton Keynes. This position is on a shift rotation and will require one week of nights.
The Maintenance & Facilities Shift Manager will be responsible for leading a small team who will cover the following repairs, service and maintenance of this facility, including both mechanical and electrical servicing, HVAC, Fire Detection systems, Plumbing and H&S. You will organise and support this team ensure reactive and proactive engineering services across the site.
What you need to apply for the Maintenance & Facilities Shift Manager based in Milton Keynes:
* Experience working as a maintenance or facilities Manager
* Have strong experience in either mechanical or electrical maintenance.
* Experience in leading a multi skilled team of engineers.
* Be located within 30minutes of Milton Keynes
* Be able to work 1 week of nights in 6.
