This company develop state-of-the-art complex products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth, they are looking for an Production Manager to help drive production and growth plans.
As an Production Manager you will be responsible for working with all areas of a growing organisation and be at the forefront of growing and improving the production department from a strategic and product development perspective. You will work closely with contract manufactures and Supply Chain to ensure correct practice and drive improvements.
The Production Manager based in Linlithgow will be responsible for the following:
* Support all aspects of product manufacturing including current and future projects
* Drive process improvement activities across production
* Support all members of the production team with test and build issues.
* Provision of a prototyping service to support the NPI programme
The Production Manager based in Linlithgow must have:
* Proven experience working in a Production Manager position
* Experience in working with electronic products is a must.
* Strong understanding in driving improvements within a manufacturing facility.
* Willingness to work closely with all departments to ensure correct process.
