Kenna Recruitment are currently looking for immediately available Project level Surveyors for a main contractor.
Our client are a well respected £60m turnover business who work as far down as the M25 and as far North as Leeds. They specialise in a number of sectors including Residential new build, Retail & Commercial.
The project in question is a £15m new build resi scheme containing 29 units of 3,4 & 5 bedrooms. Most timber frames are erect at present but the project does come with some challenges being located next to a river.
They seek an experienced Project Surveyor who can really take hold of some of the packages and accounts on site with little supervision, a quicker starter who is comfortable multitasking.
Initially this is a freelance role however could turn into something long term for the right candidate,
They must have
– Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
– Residential new build experience
– Located in commutable distance to Nottingham
– At least 4 years construction commercial experience
