We are in a unique position.  We are able to recruit trainee support workers for one of our clients.  If you are wanting to start a career in support work, this may be ideal for you.

Our client supports adults and children in a variety of settings in Bucks, Beds, Herts and Milton Keynes.

We are looking for people who have transferable skills who want to make a huge difference to the lives of people they support.  Days may be challenging but personal satisfaction from seeing the difference a caring attitude can make, outweighs the challenges.

You will be trained to help support people who have learning disabilities, this may include autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviours.

You will be both a team player and also be able to follow procedures and policies to eventually work on your own.

Shifts you will work will vary between early, late, mid, nights and sleep ins.
