Lead Developer | Digital Health | Fully Remote | Up to £90,000
 
We’re working with an award-winning, independent agency that create elegant digital solutions for their clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. They are seeking an experienced technology leader to be their next Lead Developer. You will have oversight across a range of digital products including web and mobile apps, chat bots and AR/VR that make a positive impact to the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.
The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development of a variety of multiple tasks and clients within a fast-paced environment, owning the quality of technical delivery and implementing delivery strategies upon development teams.
 
Some of the areas you will be involved in will be: 

Leadership of the technical team – responsible for recruitment, retention and development of a talented team of developers.
Cultivating a quality driven, support based mentality within the technical team
Leadership of the technology strategy group.
Owning the technical R&D process
The implementation and improvement of technical process and tools 
What we are looking for: 

People focused leader with experience of leading small to medium sized tech teams –  you will want to inspire both your team and clients you work with, with your technical knowledge and ideas.
Website and web application development and architecture experience – ideally using .Net and modern JavaScript.
Digital agency experience or experience working across multiple clients and projects
Full project lifecycle experience from inception to delivery.
Agile and SCRUM experience.
