MSXI UK is growing! As a result, we're looking for a Warranty Auditor to join us. Working closely with a well known brand, this role delivers consistent, high quality warranty audits that identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement across the Brands networks alongside a well established team.
As a key member of the Service & Technical Warranty team, the successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy and scope to suggest improvements of processes or corrective actions whilst delivering coaching and personnel development solutions to the network.
Due to the location of the retailer network, the ideal location for the successful candidate would be Milton Keynes and surrounds.
In this role you will:
* Conduct warranty audits across various Brands. Majority of Audits are two/three day events and consist of reviewing 60 recent warranty claims processed by the Retailer
* Evaluating Individual Retailer repair orders, workshop and admin procedures during audit visits to ensure accuracy and validity of warranty claims
* Identify and document inappropriate Retailer processes and excess warranty cost using the agreed standards, audit system and reports
* Review, coach and develop the Retailer on any shortfalls identified within the complete warranty process and provide comprehensive actions plans and follow up on recommendations
* Liaise with Retailer management to discuss findings, next steps and potential debits
* Work closely with other areas of the Warranty function to ensure that network warranty performance improves, and the Warranty function applies rules and procedures consistently
* Any other duties and responsibilities required to successfully fulfil the role, set out by your Line Manager.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
* Current experience within Automotive sector
* Strong understanding of Warranty functions
* Strong understanding of Client and stakeholder management with a Professional and proactive approach.
* Ability to demonstrate self driven campaigns and innovative Best Practices and understanding of own ROI to Client
* Ability to interpret, analyse data and information from variable sources and make recommendations
* Proven coaching skills
* Strong business acumen, customer focus and automotive knowledge
* Flexibility to stay away from home for up to three days at a time
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Pro-active team player with initiative, determination and strong result orientation
* Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
* Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand
* Strong organizational, numerical and time management skills
Working pattern and location:
* Full time 40 hours Monday – Friday – Hybrid working in Client site / Working from home / Field based activities
* Wymbush, Milton Keynes
