Business Development Manager
Location: Amersham, HP7
Salary: £40k + bonus (up to £60k OTE)
Benefits: Pension Scheme and Employee Share Scheme
Working pattern: 3 Days in office with Wed/Thurs as WFH days
We are a fast-growing, fast paced team based in Amersham and looking for a dynamic individual for this very exciting opportunity. This role will primarily focus on managing and supporting our clients as well adding value to their business by marketing additional services.About us:
My Wealth Cloud (MWC) was founded in 2011 by a management team with a background in financial services. Having successfully launched a digitisation and secure storage solution to help individual private clients manage their home paperwork, MWC developed The DocPortal, to change how the financial industry and other regulated businesses communicate with their clients.
The DocPortal allows documents to be securely distributed to clients’ smartphones through the organisations own company branded mobile app, assisting businesses with effective marketing, whilst enhancing the client experience.
About the Role: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement with our existing client base
* Build strong relationships with our existing clients and ensure their requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
* Analyse client usage reports and undertake client review meetings (phone/video)
* At these meetings you will provide solutions to improve their business processes and enhance their engagement with their clients
* Post meeting you will act as the main point of contact for clients and manage issues through to resolution
* Add value to our clients by marketing additional services they can onboard and you will be rewarded for success in this area
* Obtain recommendations from existing clients of prospective companies and you will be rewarded for success in this area
* At all times you will ensure our processes and procedures are adhered to
* Produce regular management reports and statistics for the Directors
Key Skills and Requirements Needed: Business Development Manager
* Proven Relationship/Account management experience is needed
* You are highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience and knowledge of the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services (e.g. Legal, Accountancy) or the IT/Software sector, would be advantageous
* You will have Project Management experience
* You need a good level of IT competency
* Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
* You will have excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to demonstrate logical and practical troubleshooting skills
