Dependant on performance there may be opportunities for permanent roles with The Open University or extensions to the initial contract period.
Our client is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit customer service professionals for a number of Student Recruitment & Support Advisors roles. This role will be primarily office based and the current opening hours are 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.
In this role you will:
* Provide proactive support and information to enquirers and students on all aspects of registration
* Reserve and register students
* Adhere to service policy and practice
* Support students studying by providing information and triaging queries to other departments within the university
* Make outbound calls, emails, webchat and other mediums
* Make use of computerised database systems to maintain customer, company and enquirer details
This role involves an initial 3 weeks full time training until Friday 12th November 2021 and will be conducted in the office. Throughout training normal office hours will apply and no annual leave is allowed during this period.
