Position: School Administrator & Receptionist

Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire

Role: Temporary

Start: 1st November 2021

End: 17th December 2021 (possible extension)

Rate: £10-£13 per hour, with some flexibility

Our client is a Primary School based in Stokenchurch near High Wycombe and they are looking to appoint an Administrator/Receptionist on a temporary sickness cover.

This role will start on 1st November with an expected end date of 17th December, however there is a possibility of the role being extended beyond that date into the new year.

The hourly rate is between £10-£13, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates

You must have previous schools experience and in a similar role.

The school uses SIMS so experience with this would be preferred, however not essential. They also use Gmail suite and Parentmail.

We are looking for someone with a high degree of common sense and an ability to hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for taking incoming calls, greeting visitors, attendance monitoring, recording of class registers, admissions and helping coordinate parents’ evenings.

This is a full-time role Monday – Friday with the house being 8.15am/30am – 4pm.

There is onsite parking available. 30-minute paid lunch and chocolate Fridays
