Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes, MK5 8NA.
Salary: Up to £22,000+ brilliant benefits.

We are looking for genuine ‘customer services experts’ to join our high-performance Customer Services team in Milton Keynes.
The Role
Our team support Kia with in-bound customer inquiries. These can vary from the fairly simple, to complex issues requiring multiple stakeholders to resolve them.
We are intent on creating the very best customer service team, staffed with genuine experts.
Facts at a Glance
• Hours: 37.5 hours (full time) per week across a shift pattern between 8:30am–7pm Monday–Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday, no bank holidays
• Channels: Telephone and email
• Type of Enquiries: Requests for information, helping customers, handling complaints
• Sector: Automotive
