The Client:
Our client is Microsoft Gold Partner, and a Microsoft managed partner with over 12 Gold Competencies fueling their growth and success in both entrprise Managed Services and Project Consulting.
The role:
You will be part of a remote team model based from home, providing cloud services and infrastructure support to 3rd line with career opportunities into consulting or higher level managed services role's. Delivering first class technical support services to a range of enterprise customers across the Microsoft core Technolgies including premium enterprise products, M365 and Azure this is not your normal run of the mill windows, infra and software role it will require you to support techncial escalations and major incidents across M365 and Azure as well as the additional security and device management tools in use and even infra and networking if your skills allow.
This role is L3 cloud support based in a cloud services team, highly technical and will also see you able to work on some projects as well as fund and build your microsoft learning pathways with certifications including:
Azure Administrator AZ-104 + your M365 Expert (MS-100, MS-101, MD-100, MD-101) and much more through ideally to your AZ-301 as time prgresses if you wished to follow a route in to speicliast project role's across mcirosoft cloud (M365 and or Azure).
Opportunities also exist to move your career into Project Consulting with paths through to architecture down the line!
