They’re all about providing the best quality products and you’ll have full autonomy of the technical function to make sure that happens.

You’ll get the usual perks of course – a good salary, car allowance, bonus, healthcare etc….

But away from that it’s the chance to have an effect on a business from the bottom up. Yes, you’ll be a senior leader on site but you need to be prepared to work closely with the team, coaching and developing to help drive performance and standards on the factory floor.

If you want to sit in your office and delegate then this isn’t one for you.
