Membership Telesales Executive – 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Based in Princes Risborough

Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a mix of working from home and in the office.

Salary £25k p.a. plus incentives

Our client is an educational charity, and they currently have a 6 month contract opportunity to work in their Membership team

The role would be to conduct phone calls with student members with the objective to convert them to paying members of the charity and then to update contact records and track calls in our clients CRM system.

The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills with an outgoing nature and able to build rapport quickly via the telephone. Would have the ability to plan and organise their own workload and would be highly motivated and customer focused
